We use Royal Mail to fulfil our domestic orders. Please contact us before placing an order for international shipping and we will let you know how much it will be.
We want to make sure that your package reaches you and so we require a signature on delivery.
We try our absolute best not to use any plastic in our packaging and so, if you know that you aren’t going to be in to take delivery of your order, make sure that the safe place you specify is undercover.
If you make a purchase from our website, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. Following this acknowledgement, if you require any information regarding your order please contact us at email@example.com, quoting your order number, and we will do our absolute best to help you.
We will inform you as soon as possible, by email or telephone, if the goods you have ordered are not available, if we identify a product or pricing error, if we are unable to get authorisation from your credit card or if we are unable to process your order for any other reason.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will e-mail you and send you tracking details so that you can keep an eye on its progress.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, you may return anything, for whatever reason, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. When you receive your order, please inspect the goods and check that the order is complete, according to the delivery note as included. If there is a problem with your order please tell us as soon as possible. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
To return your order, or part of it, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a returns number. Please fill in the form accompanying your parcel, include the returns number, and send it back to us at the address stated on the delivery note. The cost of returning items will be yours, unless specified when you order. It is your responsibility to make sure that the goods reach us in the condition in which they were received so please use a secure form of postage. Refunds will be made against the original form of payment.
We do not refund delivery costs unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
We will endeavour to deal with your return as quickly as possible, but in busy periods please allow up to 21 days for your refund, replacement or exchange.
